Full Schedule and Mobile App Now Available!

Shaky Knees 2015 Festival Map

Shaky Knees kicks off three weeks from today on Friday May 8th and the full schedule has been released. There’s also an app – for iPhone and Android – so you can create a customized schedule of the bands you want to see. There will be five stages – Peachtree, Piedmont, Ponce De Leon, Boulevard and Buford Hwy – with the headliners appearing at 9:30 each night on the Peachtree Stage: Friday, The Strokes; Saturday, The Avett Brothers; and Sunday, Tame Impala. The app has other cool features too, including real-time photos and videos from the festival.

Doors open daily at noon, and musicians – and kids – from the Songs for Kids Foundation will open things up for 15 minute sets starting at 12:15. The SFK team comprises talented musicians with big hearts who do great work for kids…you should get there early and check ‘em out!

A quick look at the schedule reminds us how good the lineup is this year. It may present you with some tough choices about what bands to see. At 6:15 on Friday, there are two bands playing that I’m crazy about: TV on the Radio – Happy Idiot is my favorite tune of theirs (listen on Spotify)  and Death from Above 1979 – listen to Trainwreck 1979 on Spotify. Single day and three-day tickets, both regular and VIP, are still available.

Finally…If you’re going to the Sweetwater420 Fest this weekend, have fun! Looks like the rain will let up tomorrow…but it will be great rain or shine! Tix still available here.
